STUDENTS VISIT INDUSTRY

As part of National Career Development Week (NCDW), Southern Futures, FEVER and Quality LinCS LCPs organised and facilitated a series of industry full-day tours for students from across the combined regions in targeted industry areas.  Students were able to visit and experience a range of businesses in an area of their interest first-hand.  There was very positive feedback received from those who participated in this experience, with students and teachers given the opportunity to hear directly from employers on what they value and expect from their employees.

The visits included tours of a range of workplaces, talks with current staff and apprentices and information relating to study and training pathways.
