Young people who are eligible and identified for FLO (Flexible Learning Option) support through their Public school, may be supported via Case Management which is purchased from an eligible youth support agency.
Community Partnerships @ Work has been delivering Re-Engage Case Management support to young people in the Southern Adelaide region for the past couple of years, and are now able to provide this service to young people in the Fleurieu region.
Community Partnerships @ Work is an amalgamation of Southern Futures Inc and FEVER Inc. We have been working with young people, schools, industry and community for approximately 10years in the City of Onkaparinga, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island regions.
What can RE-ENGAGE offer each Category of FLO clients ?
The service for each young person includes initial assessment, planning, direct service, co-ordination, supported referrals, monitoring and review, transition and exit planning. These elements are in collaboration with family's, schools and most importantly - with the young person.
Re-ENGAGE is a mobile service - this is one of the most successful engagement strategies as we meet young people where they are most comfortable.
With permission and if appropriate, we can transport young people to their new course and provide true support to a referral.
We provide a 12 month service, engaging with young people during holidays for continued relationship building and support.
Outcomes - young person is positively connected to their community; engaged in learning and/or working towards set goals to a learning and earning pathway.
